HRE P40 Monobloc 19" Gloss Charcoal PS2s

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
Hi Everyone,

I'm selling my E92 M3, so I have a few parts to sell. I've moved on from auto parts to music, so I'm getting a Honda Element to carry my musical gear in. The M3 will be very sorely missed and I'm sure 414HP to 166HP is going to be a huge shock. :-(

Below are pics of my HRE P40 Monobloc wheels in gloss charcoal, which is very close to the color of the stock 18" (what I wanted). They are 19 x 9 front and 19 x 10.5 rear with Michelin PS2s in 255/35/19 and 295/30/19. The tires currently sell on Tire Rack for $359 front and $473 rear plus shipping, mounting and balancing. the tires have about 8,942 miles on them. The wheels are in great shape except the right front as a tiny scrape on the very edge of the wheel that is barely noticeable. These wheels listed for $5,620 at the time of purchase.

The car will be returned to stock by the middle of next week. I'll also be selling my Brembo BBK, Vorsteiner bootlid on the and diffuser & front spoiler, which were clear coated by never installed, so they are brand new. I'll be posting the other items for sale in the proper sub-forums.

Price: $3,600 plus $100 shipping in the continental US.

BTW, BPS is for sale and you should see it become active again under new owners that have time to properly devote to the business. Here's what I've been up to:

I don't call it curb rash because it barely touched and did very little damage. The scrape is about 4" long and can be touched up.

As you can see, it is not visible from this angle.

Here are some pics from the BPS website. These are photos I personally took when the wheels were brand new:

No track time!!

Oh...forgot to mention. Car was never tracked or even autocrossed. I just never found the time to get out and have some real fun with it. So, the brakes have about 8,900 easy miles on them.

Thanks Nate. Check out the videos on Youtube. Music was always my first love.

All PMs have been replied. I'm outta here to go sign contracts on my new Element. My friend/client Eddie Money says it looks like a toaster, so I'm officially dubbing the new ride...

THE FLYING TOASTER OF DOOM!!!

I think pink is the appropriate font color for a car with 166HP, dontcha think??

Good luck with the sale.... and the Element!

My wife drives an Element and I hate driving it now that I got the M3. It's like driving a school bus

But it is good for the dog and snowboarding though!

Hey Josh,

How have you been?

Yeah, I think I priced them a little low, but that means they will move quickly. I wish I had 10 sets to sell at this price.

Check out the replacement for the M...

Big difference going to this from the M. 166HP vs 414HP. :-( It's cool and quirky (like me LOL) and really amazingly quick for the engine size and lack of HP. I'm saving $514 per month between the payment and insurance and I put zero down on the Element. The most important feature is I can carry a lot of musical equipment in the back of this, where I could only get my Taylor acoustic and 2 Les Pauls in the back of the M3 IF I folded the rear seat down.

EVERYONE I OWE PMs TO...I'll be responding this AM. I was out most of the night signing docs and picking up the Element. NOTE: The HREs can NOT come off the car until the brakes are off. As you might have seen months ago, I did a bunch of research to look for 18" wheels that will fit over the 380mm Brembo Monobloc calipers and the stock 18s don't even come close to fitting. The wheels and brakes must come off the car at the same time. This should be done by next Tuesday.

ALSO...I have numerous inquiries from those interested in BOTH the brakes and wheels. Those offers will get priority (not dibs). AND, I would prefer local pickup with payment in cash. If the transaction is done via PayPal, the buyer will pay the PayPal fees and I will not ship until the money has been transferred to my personal checking account. That will mean a delay of of about 3 days.

Good luck to everyone. I hope my parts find a good new home.

Watch your inboxes.

BTW anyone notice, my new Element is basically the same color as my old E46 M3. I loved that color.
