How do you remove the stock tweeter?

I'm looking at the housing and it looks like it's all one piece with the window trim. Does that whole trim need to come out to access the tweeter?

Also, anyone taken off the rear deck to get to the rear speakers. The base system doesn't have the speakers in the doors like the premium system does.

That's a Sedan thing.

You can unclip enough of the tweeter pod trim to have access to the tweeter without cracking the plastic, but then you will need enough space to get the tweeter off. The last time that I did that was in a 2002 E46 330i and ended up removing the whole thing to be confortable working with it.

For the rear shelf speakers access/removal, just remove the grills with a tool like this:

I'll probably just end up removing the whole trim too.
