I wouldn't feel that way. People take pics all the time of all sorts of things, and ask yourself, if you saw somebody taking pics of their car, would you think them odd for doing so? Mostly likely not. Besides...those who see you...most probably will never see you again!

Weather hasn't really been cooperating here either. It's rained 4 of the 5 days since I took delivery, with Friday being the only rain-free span. I finally got her Zaino'd on Saturday, but it rained that night only minutes after I took her to the grocery store to get some things. Sunday...woke up, shined her down again, took the pics before the sun completely disappeared, and of course it was raining as I drove home tonight. I guess I'm lucky I managed enough time for the shine and pics. Snow is predicted for Thursday. Looks like I'll be crossing my fingers for good roads!

hey! Its all about sharing! Drive wasnt too bad, pretty much grey the whole ride...saw some interesting things tho. There was a car engulfed in flames in West Virginia, a guy getting handcuffed on the side of the highway in Maryland, and a whole lotta cops out to get people. I dunno what im gonna do on the drive back now, its so easy to speed in an e90....might end up gettin that V1 after all, hahah. Cant believe the wait is finally over, im lovin it.

I read several threads on several boards concerning the handling, and all agreed that whatever change in handling dynamics would be minimal below 20mm. Most threads were concerned about rubbing, and those were typically for those with lowered bodies, with enough weight in the back seats/trunk area to warrant concern. Even then, nobody was reporting any rubbing issues, so I felt it was definitely safe to space them out 15mm with stock wheels/tires.

As for looks...the difference subtly amazing. My son and I looked at the car from behind when I had the driver's side spaced out, and compared it to the driver's side which hadn't, and there was no doubt I was making the right mod! For about $120, it is, IMO, a good one to pursue.

Thanks. Yes, I was hoping all shipmates would keep reporting in as they took delivery, and follow up with pics. Perhaps we'll hear from them yet.

Just curious...but everybody has figured out how to get the mp3's to play and display properly on non-nav head units...correct? If not, I've sorted through all the information, and figured things out in a nice summary. Just ask, and I'll post in our thread.

Amazing though, with all the information that flies around on the internet, that critical (and obvious) information can sometimes be missed. In the case of the mp3 head unit information display, it was. At least on this board. That or I just didn't see the obvious, and everybody else did...

Nice pics, beautiful car! Terra is definitely unique! And I have to agree with your observation. Speeds in this car seem much slower....certainly than those in my lower profile Camaro seemed!
