I'm about to order some 20" BBS LMs (20x9 +15; 20x10 +20), with your front and rear tire setup, will these rub? I don't want it to be too narrow or too square. LMK, I'm definitely interested in buy both your front and rears if they work out.

These tires were originally on 20x9.5 and 20x10.5 on a most agressive fitment and it did not rub. The 9.5 inch wide front wheel had an offset that actually stuck out slightly beyond the fender and it did not rub. I had the lip reduced by half an inch because it looked better. You will find that Toyos and Nittos tires are just a tiny bit smaller in diameter that allows for better clearance than other tire brands. I'm not an expert on offsets, but you shouldn't have a problem.
