From the Website is does show that its rated bad but to be realistic that is from 1 complaint issued and never answered. And this is from Florida BBB.

If they owe people money, that indicates that their dealings in the past were bad, and has no indication of how they now operate, so you sir, are very wrong. They did everything they could to get me what I wanted as quickly as possible, and they gave me an awesome deal. That doesn't sound like they still suck to me. I don't refute that they may have sucked in the past, but from my experience, they rock. They shipped the wheels last Thursday afternoon, and I already have them. They are in Florida, and I am in Phoenix, AZ. That is quick!

Why get a bling bling wheel like 360 when you're only going with 19's? Doesn't make any sense. You should have gone with 20's. 19's look way too small on the M3, especially with this type of wheel.
