Interior Trim noise

Hi
I just got my CPO M3 Sedan (2009).
Loving every part about it, everything is so solid and works great.
6MT mechanical is solid, all the ergonomics on the car are solid.
But if I were to point out one thing, it is this window trim noise from interior.
I can tell this is from the rubber trim that touches the window making this noise because once the windows are open (driving just around 25mph) the sound is gone.
I can def bring this to dealer for warranty service, but is this normal for e90 sedans?
I tried drying the trims, cleaning again with water and all, but sound is still there... so annoying when driving!

I quickly press the window button and lower it a few millimeters. This makes the rattle disappear, but there is a fine line between no rattle and wind noise. You can try gummipledge to lube and condition the seals, but I have with minimal results.

I actually have this issue also, the rattle/nose goes away after each car wash (i clean the trim/rubber also) and come back after a few days. Would like to hear other that have this figured out.

I've had similar noises and have finally found what appears to be a solution (haven't had window rattles for over 2 months). You need to completely clean and lube the seals and flocking. Use a mix of warm water and dish soap to clean the seals and flocking. Once everything dries, apply Carbaflo (you can get it at the dealer - its like $50 a tube) to the seals and flocking.

Is flocking the velvet-like surfaces?
