It still doesn't have as much useful torque as my 335i which will still "feel" faster around town.

Absolutely.

In fact, there's a non-M version of this bike using the same frame. It makes more torque, costs a lot less, and can be chipped to be just as fast as the M version for $1000.

It doesn't have an LSD though.
