Are dirty cars allowed?

If I can break free, I'll try to come down.

Sounds like a great weekend! I know they are demonstrating some products (on my car ) but I'm sure they'll have some stuff available for you

(This is Bruce from BRracing) - More details on the meet tomorrow. The official time of the meet is 1pm, Sunday, March 3, 2013. Many of you are driving quite a ways, and thanks for that. We are starting our setup at 10:30, but we have quite a bit to do to get the SEMI trailer setup w the canopy, and then the vendor display area, then the EZups for the vendors, then organize the project cars.....whew...once we have that, we can start accepting cars into the lot.
As mentioned, parking will be tight, but we will be happy to park you as dense as possible in the lot (meaning taking up the aisles too...not that we are going to have you park like sardines) to get as many as possible in the main lot.
Next....we will hold the RAFFLE (FREE STUFF) at 2pm. We have these types of items to give away (UUC gift cheques (4 of them), APEX stud kit, large bag of Micro Fibers, 2 complete BRracing oil change kits (w BMW OEM oil), Meguiars professional tire dressing, APEX t-shirt, BRracing t-shirt)....maybe something else...that should give a high ratio to win something.
To participate in the raffle you just need to fill out a registration card and short Internet survey (so we can figure out how to better provide all products to you in our online store).
Here are the BRracing project cars that we will be displaying (BRR's BMW 135i, the matte black BMW E60 M5, Dillon's BMW 135i, Grayson's 135i, Viren's E90 M3, Morgan's E90 M3, Anthony's E46 M3, Andrew's R56 MINI, BRR's MINI, Geoff's new Porsche Cup Car, Anawat's Cup Car, David's track GT3, Nizam's F458, Andrew's Audi R8)....realize that some are NOT BMW's...but we thought they were cool cars that you don't always get to see.
Let us know if you have any questions...and yes we can sell product, and take CC's for anything you want to buy at the meet. Cheers...see you tomorrow.

Hey everyone, tomorrow is the big day! The weather is supposed to be fantastic, so come over to Brracing to see some sick cars, eat some food, and win some prizes. It will be worth your while to stop by, even if it's only for a short time! If your car isn't ready, come anyway and get a feel for future events!

Also, I know it's cool to be fashionably late to these things, but just a small disclaimer: while there is a lot of parking, getting there on time will ensure a good spot for you. Okay, that's it! Come over tomorrow at 1:00PM and make it a great FIRST MEET!

Great, I gotcha. I think we are okay with the setup but there might be a couple things you could do, feel free to come by whenever! See you tomorrow.

People always come late to these things, so I wouldn't be surprised. Just hit up the Facebook Page before you drop by if you want to make sure things are still going on!

Dennis, the owner of Pit Row, has agreed to let us use his lot and facility on Sunday, April 28th! Not only is Dennis an extremely knowledgable mechanical engineer, he also worked in Munich for BMW before coming to California.

Pit Row is a "Do-it-yourself" garage with online resources, tools, and various lifts. Because there were several people on here that had parts they wanted to install, I thought this would be a great, low key event, a sort of "Installation Party".

Dennis has agreed to give people reduced rates for shop/lift time on Sunday. I will be making a separate sign up sheet for lift time-slots. They will most likely be in 30 minute blocks, depending on demand.

So lets get together, see some cars, eat some food, and install some parts. Mark your calendars for Sunday, April 28th.

Please join the Facebook Group to get updates and RSVP!
