Kreissieg E90 M3 - F1 Valvetronic exhaust released! - PICS from Japan

[GTM_Challenge]

Our contact over at Kreissieg in Yokohama, Japan just sent me over this photo of the E90 M3 versions of their F1 Valvetronic exhaust. Previously this model was only made for the coupe only. The model shown has the optional titanium tips. Also, all new models for the E9X also have a heat sheild on the rear section like the factory has! It is not yet in the new photos though. Enjoy!

im assuming this e90 version is the same as the e92...if so, it basically has 5 level of sound you can pick from when you order the exhaust..pick 2 of the 5..the valve open and closes for your sound selection

Can someone confirm if this is true? If so I may be interested.. moving into a place that echos next week and I know I'm going to piss off the new neighbors ..

i was talking to the gthaus people lately and was thinking of changing my order from a meisterschaft gt2 to the kreissieg .. but surprisingly they recommended me to stick to the meisterschaft gt2 and not shift to the kreisseg as they said that it makes more sense on lalmbos and ferrari's and for the M the gt2 is the best option from what all they offer.

Yes they do. Though I'm surprised that they didn't tell you about the Meisterschaft GTC they have coming out which is the same concept as the Kreissieg with valves to control the desired sound and volume levels.

Each exhaust is made per order for customers. For the quiet mode, you can choose levels 1-4. This way you can spec EXACTLY what sound you want from the car on a regular basis. when the valve is opened, that is the Level 5 F1 mode.


*Sound Stage
The exhaust sound volume can be ordered from among 5stages.
In a standard combination, The silent mode is level 2. The F-1 mode is level 5.

Level 1. The volume of the sound same as normal.
Level 2. Slightly quiet sports muffler sound.
Level 3. A high-pitched tone and loud F-1 sound of Sports muffler.
Level 4. A high-pitched tone and very loud F-1 sound of Sports muffler.
Level 5. A high-pitched tone and very loud real F-1 sound.

Here are some videos we did at the shop after an install on a local customers. the quiet mode sounds great as is, then the F1 mode is opened, and WOW!. This customer had the stock X pipe with cats still. The full system with X pipe will have a higher pitch sound.

It is basically the same thing as the Kreissieg but at a lower price. The website says it's $3500US and pre-orders are being taken now. I would have gotten this instead of my MGT, but I don't care for it because like another member said, it's not a Lambo or any type of exotic. It's a BMW and it's a daily driver.

Very sad to hear that GT Haus / Eisenhaus is now making similar replicas to Kreissieg now. I know they already made an F430 one that it nearly identical.

What's sad about it? They're offering a comparable product at a cheaper price.

Why did you make a similar x-pipe to Fabspeed's or AA's or Gintani's? So that you can get your piece of the aftermarket pie like everyone else.

Why did JL Motoring and other vendors make replica Vorsteiner diffusers and lips? Or CarbonKreations make replica Ericsson trunks and front bumpers? So that they too can offer a comparable product at a cheaper price and get their piece of the aftermarket pie like everyone else.

I don't mean to crap on your thread, I'm sure the Kriessieg exhaust is amazing and I'm glad you are a vendor for them, but if there is a comparable product out ther at a cheaper price, why not let the members and consumers alike know about it and let them choose if they want the more expensive or cheaper versions of essentially the same thing.
