Question Rusted Seat Frames?

Has anyone heard of any 2012 or 2013 M3's having rust issues with the metal under the seats/seat frames? This issue showed up with some of the new F30 3 series and I am trying to see if this is something that is a known problem. Any thoughts.

LOL..how would you get rust on the interior of a car thats 1 year old? strange to say the least..the frame is coated to prevent corrosion so the only way I see this happening is if you scuff the frame and expose the bare metal and still it would take a while to manifest itself

Here are some pics of the underside of the drivers seat. This might just be OCD kicking in and but I wanted to throw this out there. Seemed to be similiar to what someone on the F30 post had shown.

My driver seat has what looks like yellow glue on it. This is my passenger seat.

Thanks for the follow up picture. They look the same so it must not be an issue.

Or the supplier fucked up and didn't use the right coating, or BMW spec was off. Life is too short to freak out about something like this

The surface changes on the metal appeared similar to what some F30 owners were posting, albeit a lot less significant. Maybe this just represents the initial changes prior to having obvious rust? I agree that I don't see any rust at this point. However, the included photo shows areas of brown/rust starting over some oxidized metal from an image in the F30 post. This seems plausible, but I don't have a doctorate in materials science or anything. And yes, there are a lot more important things in the world to worry about. I do have to say though, that would never expect any new BMW to ever have any issues like this, but maybe I am being naive.
