Though a little out of your requested hoods, Kevin @ *********** is located in West-Mississauga and does top notch work.

He details a bunch of forum members' rides and has crazy attention to detail.

I have used two guys in the west end.
Detailing Depot in Oakville and a friend of mine in Mississauga does great work, I can forward you his info if you PM me.
