Tire Shop Recommendation SFV/LA/Santa Monica

So it's tire replacement time, and I am looking for some good recommendations around my area. I'm in the SFV but would be willing to go anywhere in the LA area really.

I need a shop where I can order/get tires installed for a good price, and if they can get used tires that'd be great to. I have some travelling coming up soon, so what I need a cheap set of tires (new or used) to hold me over till November, when I plan to get the Pilot Super Sports.

I'd like to have a good shop to call home, and I haven't seen much on this subject in my searching. Any recommendations/experiences are much appreciated!

CEC in West LA has Super Sports in stock, so I would look them up when ready for the PSS's. Otherwise, try Ron's on Lankershim near Universal, or Globe on La Cienega and Venice.

Tire Central in San Gabriel. I've been going there for over 4 years and I refer everyone I know there.

Got my supersports at CEC. I think it was $1250 installed or thereabouts. Ask for Vince, tell him bret with the grey M3 convertible sent you. They did my springs and powdercoat job. They are good guys and open on Sat.

Not to jack your thread, but as a result of the CEC work, I have a full set of 18 inch PS2s Im about to list for sale. I took them off when I went to 19 inch wheels. 2950 miles on them. No track time. If any one is interested, PM me. Best offer takes them.

I've always used the discount tire center in El Monte in the valley mall. They are known for their aftermarket rims and good prices on tires.

Tires Buy Mark if you want the cheapest.

Bought 2 Hankook V12 225/35/19 and 2 265/30/19 for around 780$ installed and out the door. Will be even cheaper if it's 18's.

Josh, compare the price from the # I texted you to Tires buy mark

Usually the one I referred you to is cheaper, but at times Tire Buy mark is (hence why I had cooler go to tires buy mark instead)

Since you only want it until nov, i would say look for a used set online or go to the different tire places in reseda (or tires buy mark) and look for a cheap used one

they sell for as cheap as $50 to $100 depending on tire and condition

i remember i got 50% PS2s about 2 years ago for $25 each mounted and balanced.
meaning pretty much free lol
