How to set D as default for DCT

Can someone tell me how to set D as default instead of S when i start the car? Everytime i push the gear and it goes to S and it goes to D if i push it again. I read the owner manual and try to search on the forum, but can't find anything.

Do i have to push the gear twice everytime to get the gear to D or is there a way to just push it once?

You can't set it to D as a default.

Try keeping your foot on the brake when you shift from reverse.
