c 63
Just leased a c 63 today I pick it up next week. Originally I was looking for a winter car/second car. I don't want to drive my M3 in the winter because I love it to much and I also bought it. My M3 is jerez black so its a pain in the arse to keep clean. There's nothing I hate more than a hour and half car wash and then it drizzles for about 2 second and everything sucks. So I would really wanted another car so I could only drive my M3 on nice days . I really don't like suv's so I wanted some kind of sports sedan so I went back and forth on what car to get (used M5, Rs4, S6, 535I, X6 or a C350. I finally decided on a c 350 4matic but at the last minute I decided puck dat I'm going to wish I got the amg the entire time. So today I finalized everything. White, black int, premium, performance package. I cant wait
I will give my comparison soon.

C63 with a tune gains 60 wheel horses
Means M3 has not a chance.

This is exactly what I was thinking about ... It is a cool car, but wouldn't be my pick as a vehicle for a winter ... I don't think you need 6.3 to get around on a icy/snowy road haha

I would have thought the M3 would be a more "suitable" winter ride. With the 6mt, less torque and more balanced handling, I'd rather have that in winter... however... you are the man for throwing a C63 into the snow! Oh M3 love.

congrats, but i would of drove my M3. i bought mine to drive em. i worked to hard for it to sit in the garage. i had carbon black M3 and carbon black M5 and drove both those year round and never had a problem. i just made sure in the winter after a run i would rinse it off real good to get the salt off. other then that the snow don't make it any worse on the paint. in fact the rest of the year was worse on my cars then the winter. there was nothing like a fresh storm and takin the M's out at 2am blastin down the roads in some fresh powder. the blizzaks were incredible, i could go as deep as 4-5 inches with them. i had just as much fun in the winter with them as in the summer
your M would actually be better in the snow then the C63. with the way the power delivery is. if both had snow tires on them the M would run circles around the C63 in the snow. the C63 will be fun in the snow no doubt but it won't track as good as the M would have congrats on the car and good luck with it. Jerez black is cool color, i believe it is kinda like my carbon black was but a bit darker. look foward to your comparison

The M would probably be better in the snow but I really just don't want to subject it to the salt and snow. I just love it to much . I going to treat the Amg like a red head step son and just beat on it. And I think it just going to be so sweet to have to retarded rides

as long as you wash it off after each use it would be fine as mine were no problems, but like you said to have both if you can swing it is and will be fun
i had more fun going out late night during snow storms before the salt and plow trucks would come out. nothing like drifting around in fresh powder in a M or in your case will be an AMG Quote:

my very close friend went from an M5 to a C63 and it was horrible in the winter, he had Blizzaks on it too. The traction light was ALWAYS on. I think you made a very bad decision as far as a winter car goes.
Good luck man, you will need it in the bad snow!
