i'm a E46 noob!

This is the first bimmer that I'm deciding to purchase but what's a ZHT E46 bimmer? can someone clarify? I need some answers.

If you mean ZHP, it is the Performance Package that was initially available on the 2004 E46 sedans then for 2005 became available on the coupes and convertibles as well.

Provides a small boost in HP along with some other improvements.

The e46 is the 3-series design that has been around for several years. It immediately precedes the e90. The ZHT is an option package that Armen52 covers in his reply.
