Coding in GTA??

Does anyone do coding in the GTA? Perhaps in the west end (Mississauga/Oakville/Burlington) area? I've read some of the coding options and would love to get a few done on my car (2012 E92 M3).

Or does anyone know where to get the necessary hardware locally? I'm computer literate so if I had the appropriate cable & software I could do it myself.
