space grey with painted metak diffuser

finally got this piece painted and installed it myself. very easy to do. fits great and looks like it belongs there, touches the exhaust ever so slightly, but in a place where it is not noticeable. i haven't seen a painted one on here yet, so i thought i would throw up a few pictures.

thanks guys, i didn't really feel the need to busy up the rear of the car with a common diffuser, and this painted metak was a subtle choice to add some additional flare without being too aggressive and taking away from the beauty of the car.
if a downforce usa middle piece becomes available, i would probably jump on it, but for now, this is great.

This looks great. It adds just enough detail to the rear end to set it off. It helps that I have a Space Gray E92, also.

Have you noticed any melting of the plastic that touches the exhaust tips? I have the Akra tips and they look even wider that yours. I'd hate to melt the plastic or abrade the tips from contact.

Also, did EAS paint it for you?

eas did not paint it for me, i found a body shop in my area with some great yelp reviews and had it painted for $120. i installed it myself and it was super easy. i got the heat gun out to mold it a little closer (near the tips), but there wasn't much to do since the fitiment was great.

the tips do touch a tiny bit, but it is very slight and in a spot that is not visible when walking up to the car. you have to get on your hands and knees and really look.
