Revinora problems...

Posting this here because I am very annoyed with Revinora, specifically Oshin.
Well it all started beginning of May when Revinora released their race diffuser for the E90 M3. So I contact revinora and after a few emails I found my self placing an order for the diffuser. I purchased on May 8th, and the $828 for diffuser and shipping was charged to my credit card on May 10th. Before I ordered I was told I would have the diffuser within 1.5-2 weeks and I also told Oshin I was trying to make a deadline of May 30th for an up coming car show. He told me no problem. after two weeks of hearing nothing I send Oshin a few emails with no response, finally he emails me saying I need to call and talk to me. When we finally talk he tells me he can't get me the diffuser in time and it is still in production. At this point I told him to just give me my money back and hang up the phone. I was going to purchase a different diffuser and try and get it for my deadline, but I am still waiting on my money from Revinora and today is June 10th. Sent multiply emails over the past week with no response. This is just horrible business. I hope no one else has to go through this.

This makes me think twice, I was planing to buy the premiered version diffuser for the e90. I called Oshin and he said that they already sent out the diffusers to those that have order them earlier. Anybody have one already or ordered one from them?

I almost bought a street chin, but saw a couple to many posts about the lips not fitting so well. Hearing this only confirms that I did the right thing by purchasing another brand lip. Hope this gets resolved OP. That sucks man.

I've had a few items wrapped in carbon fiber from them. Things are always super delayed but they came through after a while.

Folks, I have bought several items directly from Revinora. The fitment and quality of the pieces are superb! I have the diffuser and front lip both in carbon. The ETA is just an estimate and sometimes delays should be expected. These pieces are purchased, then put into production. It was totally worth the wait and I couldnt be happier with the overall outcome. Hang in there, Revinora is well known and reputable. I have never had any issues with them. Good luck!

I've been having problems getting in touch with them myself. Ordered a lip about 3 weeks ago, Oshin was super responsive before I sent payment. After sending payment, I also asked for an ETA, but never got a response. Several calls and emails since have also gone unanswered.

Apparently this is par for course for Revinora, so I'm giving them another week to deliver the part, and then I'm skipping right to the credit card company for a refund.

I'm at about a week of waiting for my lip. Oshin was also super responsive before payment, and now I can't get a response. He had told me that they actually had one in stock and that it would go out that day. I haven't gotten any tracking info, and I sent him an email yesterday and one today. I guess I will call him tomorrow and see what's up.

nightmare, wow, talk about poor customer service. How hard is it to send an email to give people a heads up and be upfront about it? ...

Tell me about it, I own my own business and pride myself on customer service. So to see a business handled like this, just blows my mind.

I have Revinora front lip and rear diffuser. I have had great dealings with Oshin time and time again, maybe once or twice he took some time to get back to me but Oshin is ALWAYS professional and courteous.

The parts have been delayed at times but Oshin has came through both times. The carbon lip and diffuser I have are both a beautiful 4x4 weave pattern and figment has been perfect.
Two thumbs up from my experience

Oshin called me today and apologized for not returning my emails, and assured me the lip would be going out tomorrow. I am happy to say he was very professional, and it helped put my mind at ease. I will post my overall thoughts, once I receive the part and see how well I'm "in the loop" throughout the rest of the process.

Got the piece, and finally got around to installing my euro bumper. The chin looks awesome…..except that it has a section that looks as though the resin piled up in a spot. I have a message into Oshin, we will see if he responds. I thought about putting it on, but the defect is pretty noticeable because its right on the edge. I would not be happy with it in the long run, so I'm asking Oshin how I should proceed. I will let you all know what happens and how it turns out.

I got ahold of him and he told me to send it back. M3Less I'm not saying Oshin hasn't been very nice, it's just the communication isn't there.

So are you going to send it back on your dime, wait for their shitty service again and hope you receive it in under a months time?

We shall see. Oshin is having the shipping charged to his UPS account, which is nice. I will keep updates coming.

I've been waiting for a week to get a shipping label for the lip they first sent me (wrong weave and multiple flaws) and an update on the replacement piece.

Luckily I have UPS at my office, so I just entered in the UPS number and it will get charged to Revinora. I don't know what to expect from this point on to be honest. Hopefully it all goes smoothly, but…………Anyways, EvenSteven, I hope you get your's figured out soon too. I've learned that emailing him does nothing, and you've gotta give him a call.

yea he's lazy and gives generic ass answers via email - never answers the question you asked...guy needs to take some reading lessons. My email encounter with him made me look at other companies for a front lip.
