Vorsteiner GTS-V diffuser with OEM exhaust/tips

I'm patiently waiting for my Vorsteiner GTS-V rear diffuser to arrive and just thought of a couple things...

If I install it with the oem exhaust/tips, will I be ok and not have any damage to the diffuser? For example exhaust melting or blemishing the diffuser. Or do I need to re-rivet the stock tips and extend them outwards? I read somewhere that someone had to do it but I'm just wondering if I absolutely need to.

And if I have to, I thought about just getting new, bigger tips. What are the biggest tips I could run that could fit without damaging the diffuser either? Thanks in advance.

When you had the tips tucked in/stock, did it damage your diffuser at all? Thanks.

Thanks man. I think I'll be OK with how it won't sit flush as long as there's no damage to the diffuser itself. I really don't want to get into adjusting the tips right now. Thanks again

It mat not bother u too much but if it does it's really easy. The exhaust tips actually look bigger when its flush with the diffuser. If you have any questions feel free...
