Invoice pricing

How common is it invoice pricing on a 2011?

My dealer says the best he can do is 2000 below msrp. I'm trying to decide whether I should purchase my 2008 e92 lease by getting it CPO or lease another. My residual is 37500. They want to charge 46700 (including new tires) + tax to make it a CPO. It has low miles and my residual is low. The monthly payments would be only about 100-150 different per month for a new one and I would be covered from the maintenance standpoint.??? Then again, I'm not sure it's worth 100/month more to get basically the same car excluding new idrive and possibly zcp.

Need some advice, esp. regarding the invoice price.

Great. Thanks. Sent a PM and will await reply. It's only a couple hours from me. When you do PCD, which is out of state, how does vehicle registration and taxes work for the state in which you reside given that the dealer is also out of state?

^^registration and taxes are paid based on where the vehicle is registered
