Nashville/TN: any members out there? Shop Recommendations?
I recently moved up to Nashville from Atlanta and have only seen a couple e9x M3s since being here (all appear to be stock), so just thought I'd ask if there are any local/TN members on here?
Also, I am also curious what shops you guys would recommend? I want to do get some springs put on and probably a cat-less x-pipe (may do that one myself) soon. I have seen some pretty amazing E46 M3s around, so I will probably check out e46fanatics too. Thanks in advance for any information!

hey, I don't know if you remember me but i had black 335 when I was at Atlanta and went to garage with Nivedh to see your coilover install. there are handful of e9x m3 members up here and we usually go to cars and coffee every first saturday of the month. its held at Carmike's cinema parking lot at coolsprings. unfortunately, I don't know any shop that i would recommend up here to get springs installed..

Lived in Nashville for 2 years. Owned an M3 for 2 weeks. Space gray 2011 ZCP with two tone interior, currently stock but I'm not sure how long that's going to last.
I'm going to need to find a good shop for a clear bra and tint soon. |

I think we may have met off the interstate in Mt Juliet a few months back...I have an 08 e92 in jet black. She's stock right now but about to get an exhaust system and a new front bumper I believe.
My buddy has been recommending Extreme for tinting and clear bras. They're out of Franklin. I can tell you that Performance tinting in Nashville had to redo my windows after the window dots gave them hell the first time and now I have a hair stuck in the middle of the rear window from their second installation. Nice guys but I wouldn't recommend. I'll let you know if I give Extreme a try. I'm always on the lookout for fellow ///Members so hope to see you guys around! Welcome to Nashville, RON1X! Cheers |

Hope to see you guys around sometime. There aren't that many e9x M3s around Nashville, but its always great to see them! I have seen quite a few modded e46 M3s that look great. I live in 12south, so am mostly driving around in-town, so honk if you see me. Driving around in this beautiful fall weather has been amazing

I've had a few people recommend Xtreme tinting and visited their shop last week. I'll be going with them for an Avery Dennison clear bra and Wincos tint.
Now I'm looking for someone for paint correction before the bra goes on and to possibly apply Opti-coat. Harder to find a good detailer here than I thought it would be. |

I recommend Precision Motoring @Hermitage, TN. Chris is the owner.
They have worked on exhaust, intake, wheel, bumpers and diffusers for my previous 335i. And have worked on exhaust for my GTR. its all basic mods but the people from Precision Motoring are very nice, taking care of your car very careful and price is reasonable as well.

Where is a good place to get an exhaust swap done? I have an M6 with Dinan right now, looking to switch to Supersprint X-Pipe and Tubi.

For real? Maybe I'll stay away then. Any recommendations for a good exhaust shop?

I too am looking for a trustworthy exhaust person in Nashville. Tried working with Track. One but they aren't very responsive. Looking to replace my mufflers.

Wish me luck... I had to have it shipped to an address today so picked Akin. I have a little welding but the rest is bolt on. I'll post back on my experience.
Plus they're around the corner from my work so that is a big plus...

actually alot of local muffler shops can work on installing exhaust as long as its a bolts on exhaust. but downpipes are different story. i've tried Precision Motoring and Franklin Quick Muffler. They both are great! but franklin quick muffler charges cheaper.
