Great looking lights- OSS does a good job, and the new Raptor LEDs look unique on an E9x

But after you stated it took 6 months to get a reply, then they had your lights for 1-1/2 months, NOT the place for me

Guess OSS is only for those that don't use their car as dd...

You'd think after they scheduled your lights, that the turnaround would have been MUCH faster.

I'd be wanting 3 day turnaround + shipping, so have to go with one of the other shops out there doing this.

Not in my experience. I have OSS on both cars and total turn around time from ship out to receiving them back in the mail was 5-7 days. You have to talk to Luis and schedule a good time to send them in. Obviously more intricate jobs will take longer.

Yea fortunately I have another car or this would not have worked for me. It doesn't help however, that I sent the lights in NOV-DEC holiday season. That added to the delays.

You'll love this. Got my lights back on Wednesday..one was damaged during shipping. Just my luck. One of the raptor ring lenses fell off inside the headlight housing. This is not the fault of OSS, BUT none the less SUCKS for me. Terrible luck. Had to send them back to OSS yesterday. They did pay for return shipping which I appreciate....but ughhh.

I did deal directly with Luis the whole time. I'll be the first to say that he's awesome. Professional, detailed, and patient working with me through all the details I wanted. HOWEVER...the wait time for my build is not ideal to say the least.

Despite an unfavorable holiday wait (and some bad luck shipping) the headlight retrofit by OSS Designs is finally back in my car. Saying I'm excited to have these back is an understatement. Couldn't drive this car for almost two months...ugh.

Anyway, stoked with the result. Super clean look and very bright. Had them add a couple unique options not normally on the menu. Options: Full CF interior housing, DTM 8k rings, 8k sidemarker led, white-eye mod, white pin stripe, turn lens cut and blackout, projector blackout. Here they are....one stock photo as well for comparison.

If interested, ask for Luis at OSS Designs. He's honest, detailed, responsive, and professional.

Man....that looks hella-nice! Is the c.f.:
1) c/f vinyl overlay?
2) real c/f overlay?
3) c/f replacement piece?

Thanks, real CF. I believe it's a replacement piece and not an overlay, but I would have to confirm.

Thanks, yea they can pretty much do whatever you want. Even swap parts from other OEM headlights for whatever look you'd like.
