Can tires be switched?

I don't see any directional arrow on the sidewalls so I was wondering if the right front tire can be switched with the left front?
Same for the rear.

Yes. I assume you have either the PS2 or Conti OE tire. They are both asymmetrical, but not directional. They are marked as "outside", but can turn in either direction.
