Dynapack Dyno Issues with DCT
Was at the dyno today (Dynapack Hub dyno) and had real problems...
Main issue was in manual mode, couldn't get the transmission to shift out of 2nd gear. In automatic mode it would shift to higher gears but we could never get the car to stay in one gear (3rd gear was target gear for dyno). We managed to get a couple of runs in 2nd gear, but it was difficult to get the dyno to grab at low RPMs....managed 369WHP SAE (stock ECU + AA pulley + Air Filter + Left hand Air Scoop)... I plan to go back after Akrapovic install - any tips to make this all work properly on the dyno? Last edited by mixja; 08-12-2009 at 04:25 AM.. |

I had a similar thing happen with mine on a Dyno Dynamics. The operator ended up going into the throttle more aggressively through 1st & 2nd and that solved the problem. Hope this helps pal .
