Being the 8th seed with like 15 games left doesn't guarantee you a spot in the playoff.

I think you have to realize what the western conference is like. You had Spurs playing the best basketball. Then you have OKC. Then you have the clippers who swept the Lakers this season and Denver who is insanely explosive.

When did I say that? Go back and read what porn said. He said Lebron name deserve a asterisk next to it because he had to Wade and Bosh as teammates to win his championship. I was just stating that Kobe need the most dominant center in the history of the NBA as a teammate to win 3 championship. Shouldn't Kobe name deserve a asterisk also then?

It's really hard to compare 2 players that aren't retired yet. Kobe is past his prime while Lebron is just in the peak of his prime. But we all know who the better all around player is. Lebron is more physical, he can rebound, assisting, can defend any position. While Kobe is better in scoring and only scoring.

BTW, I thought we were past Lebron being called Lebrick? I thought he proved himself in the NBA finals last year that he wasn't Lechoke?
LeBrick, LeChoke,LeQueer... There's too many, just pick one and go. Even though Kobe is past his prime he's still ripping shit up. He's 34 and playing like he's 25. Too bad he's day to day with an ankle injury.

The NBA wants to make Lebron the poster child, and its evident when you see the calls Lebron, and Miami get. I have to give Lebron credit. He plays both sides of the court. He always, hustles. Overall, the NBA has a lot of bad teams, especially in the east. The west is more competitive. With the water down talent in the NBA, an older Kobe, no true centers, and lack of defensive teams, Lebron might win a few more championships. He better hurry because Wade, Bosh, and Allen are getting older. Oh wait, he might want to take his talent to Oklahoma, and spoil those fans with his play.
LOL hahaha. Stern is making the league SOFT every year. Like WTF you can't even argue calls to the officials without getting a T.

Seconds left, game is tied, do you know who your clutch shooter is? Kobe, or Lebron. I'm taking Kobe. And no Lebron, you have to shoot, not pass the ball.

That is like asking who this guy is..

Why would someone know who Terell Harris is? He probably only played 2 games for the Heat and he is usually sent to D league. And he doesnt even play for the Heat anymore. Fail.

Yeah but since their "true" heat fans they should know.

Agree. Guys at work can't name the heat roster. All they know is the starting 5, and that's sometimes. When they show Heat highlights, there are so many empty seats.

Lmao 95% of heat "fans" can't even name the bench. And I think everyone knows majority of heat fans are bandwagoners

hahaha this is an entertaining and funny thread! where is porn the kobe-worshiper haha!

but gettin back to the topic: kobe vs Lebron overall this season = Lebron
currently better in terms of accomplishments and drive = Kobe no doubt

i hope heat dont win anymore championships but sadly it will happen. not much of a competition in the east besides pacers and bulls [if rose is playin] (but lebron can shut down rose) unless something good happens.

With the help from the refs, anything is possible

of all the forums I frequent, the player I see that has the most threads started about him is Kobe. And they're all like this. But this is funnier than most because of the hilarious accusations and the usage of arguments to discredit Lebron/the Heat that are also 100% true about Kobe/the Lakers

Anyway, I apologize for burdening this thread with actual facts, but I'll just leave this here

http://chasing23.com/kobe-bryant-vs-...winning-shots/

It's a year out of date so it leaves out Lebron's championship season. But it's the most recent comparison I can find

It took you 3x to quote Robert Sacre photo before you can say who it is?

Oh come on. Stop with that BS. The Heat has no ref helping them. However, the Lakers had ref helping them in the Lakers/Kings playoff game in 2002. Tim Donaghy. Do a quick search before you continue crying about the Heat getting the refs help.

....and the list goes on.... NONE OF THESE PLAYERS HAVE A RING. THESE are great players who had the MOST impact on their teams performance at the time. Most of these players reached NBA Finals at least once, if not more than once...Most of these players came excruciatingly close to a ring but failed.

Does that make them not great? Maybe....if you're not a basketball fan. If you're a surface homer that's blinded by rings as the end-all be all argument, then GUESS WHAT? There is no argument... all you need is the ability to count.

ROBERT HORRY HAS 7 RINGS
  • 1 more than Jordan
  • 1 more than Pippen
  • 2 more than Kobe
  • 2 more than Magic Johnson
  • 6 more than LeBron James

So by your logic, Dkhan -- Horry p0wnz all of them. Why did you even make this thread? Stupid trying to argue with a homer that only wants to spit rings at people.
