She arrived at the dealership yesterday so I decided to take a quick peak.

Sale will be finalized on Monday, I'm just trying to sell my E92 335i privately before resorting to CarMax as a last result.

This car is absolutely GORGEOUS. I could not be happier with how everything was specced out. The paint is amazing.

Looks FANTASTIC!!!

I saw one the other day in NYC and thought it was some sort of exotic before hearing that typical coyote sound. Enjoy safely!

I've seen a few on the road here (work right next to a Ford dealer) but I have yet to hear the roar.

Very, very nice, congrats!! I'm planning on driving my Z4M until the wheels fall off and when they do, I'll be looking into cars such as this. My only issue with Mustangs/Camaros etc. is that you just see one on every street corner, literally. However, I'm so over paying high $$$ amounts for cars, or BMWs that blow basic (and not so basic) components before 50k miles. $80K+ for an M3 is just a ridiculous joke.

I love the color, seats, and the nice splitter on the front. Enjoy!

Long time no see YE.
Nice choices. Classy but still machismo enough lol.
Hope she treats you well.

Fwiw.
I've used Carmax a few times when, obviously, their offer was best. Get tired of ads and tire kickers etc.
Did they low ball you?

Grats again.

Looks great, good choice on the Recaros. Did you do a track pack as well?

Thanks! I can't see myself getting back into the sports-exec scene anytime soon. I'm just not excited by the latest crop of turbo do-it-all cars that the Germans are pumping out; they're too refined for my tastes. For me, this Mustang hits the right end of the spectrum as far as roughness and refinement's concerned. I can't wait to get a build going. Plus they already did all the splitter/rocker/diffuser work!

By the way, I LOVE the M Coupe. One of my best driving experiences was whipping a Z4M around the track at BMW's Performance Center in SC. If they still made them, I might have bought one of those instead.

Thanks man, I went with Guard because I've always been a fan of the Bullitt's Dark Highland Green and this is the closest thing to it. My SA has been really honest with me and said that CarMax is a safe choice should the private sale not follow through.

I just hate having to sell this high mileage HPFP eater. It has such a stained record... I'm getting a quote tomorrow, will report back here for opinions most likely.

Yessir! The performance pack came with a host of goodies: front springs, dampers, sway bars, strut brace and K-brace, six-piston BBK, 19" black mesh wheels, Torsen rear-end with a 3.73 final drive, and a spoiler delete. I couldn't pass it up.

Thanks bud! The color is Guard. It looks grey in overcast weather, green in direct sunlight, and like my pic ITT, teal under fluorescent lighting. It's possibly my favorite thing about the car. The Recaros are fantastic... they could stand to be slightly narrower in the middle IMO, but the bolsters are deep and firm and it's a very comfortable setup.

Thanks Levi. I'll always have a soft spot for the Toyobarus. I almost went down that route if it hadn't been for the Mustang reveal in Dec. 2013.

Very nice, hoping for solid power and price numbers for the GT 350 at the NAIAS next week.

BADASS. Looks awesome in that color. Enjoy the hell out of it. If the GT350 comes in that color with a stripe delete, I may be a pony rider very soon

well because of the high price, and less reliable ( higher end German cars). that is what makes them more rare on the road. I think the new mustangs are very well done, and i hope ford sells a bunch of them. to help with my local businesses living here in MI. but i cant ever see my self in one as long as i can afford overpriced cars that are more rare on the road, and make more of a statement. Although no way will i ever buy a M3 again. i would move to Porsche.

WOW, congrats I really like it. Interested to see more pics of the color. Also looking forward to seeing the stance / wheel gap with the track pack. The mustangs I've seen out have a reverse rake thing going on with a bunch of front wheel gap. I think the new mustangs best view is directly from the back ... the hips are so muscular. those seats looks great.

Looking forward to better pictures of the color. But, let me say I'm thoroughly intrigued.

Nice looking car man. I might have to go look at one.
