You are pretty messed up if you think that's funny. I also think the mom is pretty stupid for going on TV with that, but the kids doing the "tea bagging" (that's not tea bagging as she described it) should just have the shit beat out of them in a back alley. That's how we handled it when I was in school, and it seemed to work a lot better. Now kids just bring a gun to school.

dude its not that bad, its probably just a prank by his friends that went too far, besides they didn't even do a real teabag, that would be pretty fucked up. What I think is hes an oversensitive kid that told his overprotective mom that his friends put their nuts on his face and his mom prob wants to sue them so went to the media to get some attention. And the media blew it way out of proporation.
Its like that fireman that sued the city because his crew played a prank on him and put dog food in his spagetti when himself was involved in pranking other people before.
and what's funny is the fact that his mom found out about this and they went to the MEDIA!! I mean common, who goes to the media to tell the world about this shit.

about a month ago, we were drinking at a friends place, 1 guy decides to jump in his car and drive home when hes piss drunk, another guy try to stop him and eventually have to punch him in the face to grab his keys (they are friends). He went home for the weekend a day later and his dad asked what happened to his face, he said so and so punched him and the dad filed charges against the friend.
See how parents can turn something so small into a huge deal.
