FS: Stock Exhaust - Rear Muffler w/tips
I just picked up my Remus Sport exhaust for my car. The car is 2 weeks old, has slightly less than 700 miles on it (2011 e93) and hasnt been driven in the rain. I am willing to sell these for $475 plus shipping (or local delivery / pick-up) - shipping shouldnt be too bad as I can get a flat rate from USPS and box it up myself. Sells for 1,070 at Tischer...these are like new....I just want to get my money, and realize I am definitely leaving money on the table here. PM if interested.... Shipping shouldn't be too bad with a muffler system that weighs like 100 lbs.. I dont think USPS even offers a flat rate box that big man.

When you say "tips", do you mean you replaced the OEM tips with aftermarket ones? So the price you're asking would include the cost of purchasing/install of aftermarket tips? Post some pics to clarify.

Sorry for the delay...I think I misjudged the market for these OEM exhausts with my initial price, I thought that at 50% off new value it was a win-win situation for all involved, I did not realize they dont sell for more than $100 new, like this one (must make it awfully hard for tischer to sell any at $1000+).
It has the stock OEM exhaust tips - no modifications. At this point I am not going to sell it for two reasons 1.) I just put a Remus Sport on my car and it seems to be droning allot, I did not expect this from the exhaust as it is fairly mild, and if I cant sort out the droning, I am going to put the stock exhaust back on. 2.) Even if I can sort out the drone, at $100 it doesnt make much sense to sell (at least in my opinion) - I can probably drive the car with the Remus Sport for three years until the end of the lease, and then sell the Remus for 200-300 dollars, and put the stock back on. |
