Great deal for an E93, but do a thorough check for damage. It honestly sounds low for an asking price which would make me worry a little.

Good deal, that car would have been in $70s.

Auction prices for MT E92 M3s seem to be around ~$43k at the moment. A few private sales that I am aware of for loaded 08 cars are in the high $40s. A low miles E92 M3 private party deal would most likely be right around $50k. Maybe that helps you price the E93 deal...Is the price you posted a dealer quote or a private party asking price?

Sounds almost too good to be true. Check the cars history. Otherwise, pull the trigger and enjoy !!!!!!!!!

That's what '08 E93 goes for these days.
But this one has the lowest miles it seems... OP, where did you find it?

You wont regret getting it, and honestly the low miles mean it spent most of its time as a garage queen and was probably never tracked...check when the 1200miles service was done, perhaps it needs fresh oil if it was done a while ago and voila you have a gem of a car.
I mean in 2 years you are saving close to $25K from new, so bear that in mind |

I doubt it's a matter of they can't as much as the dealer chose not to add that cost to such a low mile car. Based on understanding the process with other makes, not any real knowledge.......
Agreed - great sounding deal!

No, it has the factory warranty, just not the extended "certified" warranty.

Good, for a second I was scared shitless..So pretty much, if someone bought the extra two year service package, that doesnt transfer to new owner. However, can you purchase the extra two years if you are within the 4 year warranty?

Personally I'd be worried the car can't be certified b/c of prior accident damage or some other issue. If I were the OP I would make the sale contingent on a 3rd party inspection either at another BMW dealer, local indy shop, or someone who knows these cars cold. If the car is straight the price is right for sure, GL OP. |
