HKS786,

Great find, now we know for sure that it has a bonnet, boot, four wheels, four doors and two wing mirror. So nothing different there then.

haha

This is the most uncovered the rear lights have ever been. Moreover, they resemble chops over time. I think the new E Class will look great. Overall roofline, stance etc are perfect. It'll be the finer details like the bumpers and lights that will make or break this car.

Actually, it looks like the 2001 ES tailights turned upside down.

Well we can tell for sure that the grille will have 3 slats now. The overall stance looks aggressive too. The profile view makes the front end look very smashed, much like the new C class. It's hardly noticeable from any other angle; MB does a good job at hiding it, but I don't like the flatness when it's viewed from the side. Should look good, but it's hard to improve upon the outgoing E class without resorting to major changes. It should be interesting to say the least.

Uh oh. More pics. More revealing. The tail end isn't looking too good to me.

I dont know what to say. I love the way it looks but i get the feeling that either something is missing or needs to be changed.

Is it just me or does the front tape job look like it's trying to frame the grill as kidney grills? Could be the angle of the pictur though too.

...you mean the camouflaging perhaps?

In all seriousness I'm not a huge fan of those photoshops but there isn't anything too bad about it, it will probably grow on me with time. My dad drives an 03 E 320 and I've always thought it's a very good looking car and we used to have a 91 300E, I'm very fond of the E class but the new one has some pretty big shoes to fill if you ask me.
