DCT Shift lights disappeared !!???

One day I got in the car and the DCT shift lights in the dashboard no longer light up. Anyone experience this?

I am not sure, but I know that some options are recorded via the key you use at the time, so if you switched keys you may get different setting.......Steve

to tell you when to shift as the RPM goes all the way to 8300...

The shift lights are set to "ON" in both the M settings and the key dependent settings. Is there somewhere else I need to turn them on?
