I talked to my CA yesterday and it seems there are twice as many people on the Sedan waiting list as there on the Coupe and Convertible combined.
I am hoping that it will be released in September 2008 or else I may have to get something else. |

Release schedule!
100% sure that an M3 Sedan comes!!!
"Autozeitung" and "Auto Motor und Sport" quotet in their last issues the following release schedule for the M3 variants: 1. M3 E92 Coupé 2. M3 E90 Sedan 3. M3 E93 Convertible Sedan release differs between End of 2007 (Autozeitung) and March 2008 ( Auto Motor und Sport) Convertible between Geneva 2008 (Autozeitung) and June 2008 (auto Motor und Sport) Both Magazins are normaly well informed about new german cars. Also germancarfans.com quots in their latest M3-News that the M3 Sedan starts End 2007 (Presentation IAA Frankfurt 2007?) Both geman car-magazins has earlier stated that release date for the sedan was End of 2008...so it seems that BMW M-GmbH has changed the release schedule for the M3 variants... I think both meen German/Europian release dates..... greetings Uli Last edited by Uli_HH; 07-23-2007 at 04:07 AM.. |

I am trying to convince my wife that the M3 should be the way to go, but I will not get very far if it is a coupe. If the sedan is going to be released by the before Q3-08, then I may go with it, however if it is going to be sometime in 2009, then I might get something else. |

I'd rather have an E36 4-door than the coupe, to be fair. Although with this series, I don't really like the shape of the E90, so it'd be the Nine-Two for me.

I read from several sources that the new M3 sedan is going to be available in the U.S. in the fall of 2008. It better be. That's when my current lease runs out - I am # 1 on the waiting list for the sedan version.

lol! M3V! I read an article a few months ago and BMW said it will not make an M version of unsporty models. Thats why 7 series and X5 never got the M.
