Thinking of selling my low mileage E46 M3

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
Toying with the idea of selling my 2003 Topaz Metallic M3. Car currently has 36,150 miles and will go up slowly. Car is a six speed manual with black interior, and is fully loaded with the exception of navigation.

Car does have mods most stock parts have been sold.

Performance

Custom dyno tune producing 290 whp and about 262 ft lbs of toque
Custom built mid pipe
Raiden axelback
Vf elbow
Afe elbow
Afe drop in filter

Exterior mods

Depo smoked corners
Front lip
Angel eyes

Suspension and wheels

Lm reps
Bc coilovers
OEM strut bar
Adjustable rear camber arms
Turned Rtab with delimiter kit

Interior

Zhp shift knob
Alcantara shift boot
Carbon fiber trim
Maintenance

Turner rear subframe kit
Delmon bushings and top mounts
Stage 2 inspection was recently done and all valves were adjusted
Vanos has also been done with the upgraded cam bolts
Transmission fluid and rear dif fluids were changed
Oil recently hanged
Turner stainless steal brake lines with ATE blue
New brakes and rotors with 3k miles on them
Rodbearing recall was done
Axle seals for the rear diff were also replaced with the upgraded oem bmw ones

Price 26.8k obo
KBB Price for the low mileage and packages is $22,851

Interior is 9/10 and exterior is 8/10

My price isn't because of the mods but the money that was spent on maintenance. It ran me 3k alone to do the subframe for parts and labor as some of the OEM parts needed to be swapped out due to wear. All maintenance is up to date and nothing needs to be done. No leaks. KBB for private seller with the packages on the car and low mileage is $22,851. Please keep negative comments to yourself. Thanks!

Tempting. My 01 LSB has 150k miles on it. Runs great but I think might be time for a lower millage e46 or e92.

What parts could possible be worn out at 35k miles?
Also why would you change the tranny and diff fluids?
Thanks

If you didnt know the e46 is notorious for gettin hairline fractures in the rear subframe overtime. Also the vanos cambolts had a tendency to shear as well. The oem camber arms on my car were stretched so I replaced them. I know bmw states you never have to change the trans and diff fluids, but being around cars most of my life I don't believe there is anything such as a lifetime trans or diff fluid.

I'm located in Northern VA outside of DC.

Thanks
