If you have the brakes installed why don't u just put some tape on calipers and measure how much clearance you need

I do not believe there is any way to run OEM 18s with the Brembo 380/380 kits. Sorry.

Is it possible to run any 18" wheels with the 380/380 BBK?

Its nothing new. The thread was about fitting 380/380 with OE 18" wheels which is not possible.

I ran Brembo 380/380 with Volk TEs two years ago. Most forged mono blocks can accommodate large BBKs. Some 380 BBKs like stoptechs can accommodate some multi piece wheels like BBS E88s... But most multi piece wheels will be tight.

Arc-8s are a no-go for the Brembo 380 kits. EC-7s clear.
