Love mine. Feels so connected with a SSK. Not for the track of course but a huge improvement over stock if you're ok with the smaller size. Just wish they would offer it with the illuminated M top piece. But that would be belittling the stock shifter!
Fixes really the only notable shortcoming in the 6mt. Anyone tried bastardizing the performance shift knob to incorporate the illuminated M piece? I'll pay good money for an M performance shift knob.

Is this on a e92 m3? If so where did you buy the boot? Because I'm going through hell trying to find one to fit my m3 ? The performance one from BMW dose not fit ! Help!

LeatherZ.com, they did an awesome job. I have the performance ebrake handle too with matching boot. Will post pictures soon as I get a chance. Next will be matching performance steering wheel.

No the trim is Carbon Leather. That is the BMW performance e-brake handle.

Nice work! I'm on the fence about getting the Performance handbrake, would love a stock shifter that is Alcantara wrapped and also to get rid of the silver on the top of the handbrake

Does the silver trim on the parking brake handle match the matte silver trim in the car?
How about the leather on the grip? Is it Novillo, some other grainier leather, or suede?
