Question I need some help with this one please...

The clutch pedal on my 11' m3 was squeaking a lot when pressed. To my knowledge I drive the car well, this is not my first time having a manual transmission car. I took the car to the dealership and it was there for 4 days. When I pick up the car I am told that i got a new clutch, but when I look at the work order all I see are the following parts that got replaced/ installed:

1) 21-51-7-548-396 Clutch Release
Bearing: 211030

2) 17-22-2-245-358 O-Ring:179500

My question is this, did i really get a new clutch installed or did they mislead me? (I have no mechanical knowledge obviously)

Why would the car being essentially new need a new clutch for a squeaking pedal?? Makes no sense

Well, is it fixed now? If it is, why do you care what they did?

I believe the clutch is just those basic parts added to a rod?

Hope this helps.

To be honest, I asked myself that same question!

Yes it's fixed, but that's not the point at all...
