I heard over 10k, too. When the costs come down, I'd consider it, but I'm not about to drop that much for a voided warranty, guinea pig status, and a less reliable ride. I might feel different if I lived closer to SoCal or another hotbed of tuning activity, but I'd hate to be 1000 miles away from anyone who I'd trust fixing my engine if something went wrong.
