Well...I ordered one!!

Well......

2008 M3 coupe

Space Grey paint
Moonroof (carbon fibre roof delete)
M Drive package
Audiophile Sound Package
Palladium Silver Leather interior (NOT extended....could not justify the $1,800 CDN increase)
Electronic Damper Control
Carbon Black Leather Trim
High-gloss Shadow Line

Should be here at the end of April...fingers crossed.

No 19's as I could not justify $2K Cdn for a change from 18's to 19's with no change in tread width.....I can always go aftermarket.

Coupe with sunroof....no carbon fibre roof.....just a preference that my wife and I have.....ideally the CF would have stayed...but, it will not be a purpose bought track car.

DAMN................................spent ~53% of what I paid for my 2,600 Sq Ft Heritage house 5 years ago!!!! ((((But, it's paid for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)))

Anyways, I have been lurking on the forum for a few months now (THANKS EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) and I pulled the trigger tonight.

Once I awake tomorrow from the shock (if I can sleep tonight!) I'll post me story of the 16.05 minute purchase of an M3.

Take care!

:happy anim:

(I hope the hang over is not too bad!)

Congrats. My local dealer has no idea wtf is going on. I stopped by to inquire and he was happy to take a deposit on one, but could give me to specific pricing details on the car itself, options, etc...is that lame or what? On to the next dealership I guess... Post some pics of the new girl when she arrives...

Very nice! I think the dark coloured 18s go better with Space Grey.

The initial break-in period and first service is 2000 km or 600 miles. The secondary break-in period is to 5000 km or 3000 miles.

Actually it's all condition based...my first service indicator came up at 800 Kms (500 miles) and the next one is due in 8 months at around 10,000 Kms (~6,200 miles)

Technology package....I think we call ours the "M Drive" package....( M Drive, Navi, Voice Control). In Canada, the Comfort Access is standard equipment and the EDC is a $2K CDN option (ordered!). Once the M3 is able to be "build your own" on the CDN website, you'll be able to see that the packages are quite different relative to the US M3...

I can PM you the PDF is you like....PM me!
