I have the same creaking sounds from the mirrors on both sides. The hotter it is outside, the worse it gets.

UPDATE:
I had the dreaded 'creaking-syndrome' mostly from the rear passenger door. The end resolution was to have all my door seals replaced and now the problem is gone (thank god!). In fact its quite weird not to hear that creaking and groaning. I checked on the 5-series forums and this problem has been kicking around for quite a while. Looks like some of the 5-series folks had the same resolution and it seems to have worked for them too. Fellow creaking victims, I feel your pain....

updated - took it to the dealer this morning for warranty repair. They put tapes all around the door seals, now the squeaking have completely gone!

09 M3 sedan with creaking problem
I believe the problem arises from the raised rubber m3 door sills rubbing on the bottom of the door. Maybe replacing these with a more flush design would help. An interesting sidenote is that when you run the heater really hot the squeaking goes away. Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
