Hows the sounds like Nev? Need to hear it and also it looks like a bit recessed (even shorter than stock?)

Yeah it sounds good, no cabin intrusion but sounds great when you open it up.

It does look a bit recessed in the pictures but I think it may be the angle I've taken it out. It's not hard to adjust anyway, I'll have a look now!!

I got it done at Thorney Motorsport in Milton Keynes. http://www.thorneymotorsport.co.uk/

Give them a call and ask to speak with John, tell him that Neville told you to give him a call and he'll sort you a good price. I think to most it's £1200 fitted.

Have you had a chance to get a video yet? I think many are anxious to hear.

Looks great. I'd prefer a single canister, as it will keep the pipes lined up nicely out the back (my B6 V8 S4 always had one positioned different to the other)

Look forward to the sound clips, I'm looking at changing mine soon too.

For UK guys:

Should not really matter Paul as I had two for my E60 M5, and they are still straight even after the Ring. Same as my M3, I have two and they look fine

Sorry about the dyno OVerslept

How are the Remus cans going on the M3? Shame about the dyno day, would have loved to hear them. Next time. +++

PS: I still have ringing in my ears after spending 5 hours in the garage with cars being run on the dyno

Thanks mate, Milton Keynes is within reason and there's another dealer I found on the Miltek web page in Boston, Lincolnshire that's about half distance. I'll give them a call and see. Really want to hear a sound clip when you get it on the post.

Hmm... I am hoping that the compressed audio isn't doing the exhaust note any justice because the car sounds way too quiet for my liking. I remembered that my Millteks on the Audi S4 sounded like a beast when the V8s were gurgling at idle.

thanks for sharing. anxiously awaiting your sound clips.

there are a ton of exhaust systems available now and so it's getting more difficult to make a decision...

Anyone have any better videos? I don't get a good sense for the exhaust sound based on this.
