Euro Delivery, Lag?

Anyone have any idea how I could find out some information on why my car is still "awaiting transport" when it was dropped off in Munich, Germany on the 29th of June?

My SA doesn't know, and the EHharms site doesnt even recognize my car's VIN number.

Somewhat getting concerned since the last 2 BMW's I ordered went from Awaiting Transport to En Route within 1-3 days each.

I had some trouble at first with the Harms site because they put the "II" (second) part of my name in the same field as the last name. So when I searched with my VIN and last name it would never come up. I finally found the 'Contract ID' which was called the Transaction ID on the bottom of one of my forms. It's a long number broken up into a few sections with dashes, but the last 7 digits of that combined with my VIN worked.

The car was shipped July 8th, 2010 and expected to arrive August 2nd. I'm hoping to have it by my 26th birthday on the 11th. That would be nice.

Not trying to burst your bubble but at the current rate that the customs are moving cars in the west coast, it's not going to happen. 3 weeks and counting for customs clearance!

Yea I didn't think it would happen either, but I guess I can be hopeful. Maybe customs will get their act together by then.

Based on your departure and arrival dates it looks like we're on the same boat. Unfortunately for me I dropped off over a month before you in Zurich.

My car is on the Selene Leader. The vessel departed July 8th, and expected to arrive in Hueneme on the 2nd of August.

Why are you on the Selene? I dropped in Munich on June 30th and am on the Boheme. It is scheduled in Port Brunswick on July 26. Sure you got the right boat?
