I noticed the picture of you three guys in the toilets. I take it the one on the right paid for nothing on the entire trip.

He looks a right tight arse.

I think footie's in love!

Boo, other than the BMW taxi, what's available for those of us coming from across the pond? I've heard all the rental cars in Germany have Ring clauses now. Are there any places you know of that rent cars for you to drive on the Ring?

Contact the Nurburgring directly, but yes there are cars you can hire. I'm not sure exactly how it works but the insurance excess is A LOT

I went on a vacation to Europe for a month and a half during the summer and the whole time in Germany all I could think about was visiting Munich and the ring but we were with the tour bus so it wasn't really an option

Now that's a road trip!!

Since I'm lucky enough to be in Europe with an M3, I'm planning a trip from the UK all the way to my home in Rome, Italy. In September next year and hope to make the Monza Formula-1 race. On the way down or back up, not sure yet, I plan on going to the ring.

How much does it cost? How much is each lap? I've seen some web pages and the prices are crazy or am I looking at the wrong thing?? I looked at this web page and it seams a bit high or what??

Thanks for the added comments on the trip and the tunnel videos. Much appreciated. I am sure there are some other forum members who will be wanting to join you next year.
