I had no idea you could order any other seats? Do you have a picture of the seats? I am ordering my E90 M3 soon and hoping BMW performance comes up with some upgrades.

As I understand it, the 'vert seats are not quite the same as the Euro seats. I'm sure it would be possible to order the 'vert seats so long as you had a 'vert VIN to give the dealership when placing the order.

You definitely don't want the vert seats in a coupe as you would then have two seatbelts, and also the electric headrests might not work. You don't need the entire seat, just the bottoms, and in fact just a few parts of the seat bottoms. If you search, GregW has a thread that idenitfies the parts.

A couple of people inquired at time of ordering if they could get the euro seats...the answer was NO, as expected.
Another person researched it a bit and found that you could order the "bottom cushion" or seat bottom seperately. However, I am not sure if anybody followed through and ordered one. I did see one poster about a month ago trying to sell a set of euro bottom cushions in the classified section (I think). I was the first to respond to him and sent him a PM...I never heard back from him. So.....not sure what the real deal is with them, but from what I read, the euro bottoms do have a unique part number, so they should be orderable. If they fit and "work" is a question that remains to be answered.

After a little searching, it seems you can order the part here:
http://www.ecstuning.com/stage/edpd/...=192825;pg=740 Search for part number 52107903497. Don't know if anyone has tried done this modification to a U.S. E92 M3.
