Driving to Chicago/Anti-Photo License Plate Covers Legal?
I'm contemplating removing my anti-laser license plate cover and swapping it out for a "Super Protector Anti-Photo Privacy Blocker License Plate Cover" (http://www.radarbusters.com/photo-ra...carstrucks.cfm / http://www.autoplates.com/photoshiel...-protector.htm) anyone know if these covers are legal in Illinois? I'd strongly prefer to drive thru the iPass lanes on the toll roads without having to stop.

Did a search using Google. Apparently an IL state trooper posted this: "Any plate cover in Illinois is PC [probable cause] for a stop and a moving violation. Too many cars out there to stop them all but I always get the ones I can if I'm not too busy"
