Dealer installed 6NR retrofit?

I keep hearing from unofficial sources that BMW was considering offering a dealer installed retrofit for BMW Apps, iPod Out, etc.

Does anyone know if this idea is still being considered or if it has been taken off the table? I've ask multiple sources at two different dealerships. No one knew jack.

I would contact Mike Benvo. He can set you up I'm sure.

I just had my car serviced last week at a dealer I had asked the service advisor if there was any way I could install BMW apps into my 2010, he said nope. No way. Contact Mike Benvo, he's a little behind on emails and pms so I would just call him. Nice guy...

Your 2010 M3 lacks the hardware and software for BMW Apps. It will not be just as simple as a coding session.

Please search for details, I posted a thread with all the details of this BMW Apps hardware/software retrofit.

Yea I know I gotta get the combox and the retrofit and all that stuff, just seems kinda pricey to get everything just for internet/apps. I just gotta save up a little more. Thx again by the way for the amp harness, my system sounds pretty cool now!
