This is my 3rd M3: a 2005 Silver Gray E46 Coupe (6MT), a 2008 Space Gray E92 (6MT), and now this. Even though I just got out of the 08 M3, I feel like I'm in an entirely new experience. DCT for the first time might explain that. Many thanks go to Jim (GOLFFRR) and Ryan Amico of Steve Thomas BMW. Both were incredibly helpful in making this car happen. I was as surprised as many people here were that they got me approved for MCB, a color that had been denied to every U.S. customer in the past.

Here are the parts that are either already on or coming from my last car:
EAS spacers
Eisenmann Race
Euro bumper
Keyhole cover delete
KVVW coilovers
Matte black kidney grilles
Matte black side grilles
Performance splitters
Performance rear spoiler
PY24W LED turn signals
A bunch of people here have PM'ed me asking what the car looks like, so I took a few photos of the car in less than optimal conditions (dirtied and on a cloudy day). Halfway decent photos are coming after I detail the car this week. MCB takes on more appearances in different light sources than any other color I can think of. Dark under the clouds, but light and vibrant under the sun. My last M3 was Space Gray, and you could expect it to look the same no matter the lighting.

OMFG!!! That M and the color is outrageously fucking sick! Congrats bro!

Beautiful man. Simply beautiful. I do have one thought though, it seems to me that MCB and LMB are quite similar no? Better put, can be similar in certain lighting conditions. Below is a link to AMJ's LMB:

http://amjphotography.smugmug.com/ga...86_kyhfY-XL-LB

Flipping from this pic to Eclipsis's MCB and vice versa make me think they are somewhat similar. However, I do think that the main difference is that MCB is definitely a lighter blue. I guess the only way to tell for real is to get a LMB and MCB side-by-side. Luckily we will have very soon when Arter and I do our PCD on 3/18!!

Regardless, the MCB is hawt!!!!

Well Played Sir!!!

When I ordered my car it was going to be MCD/Rust Brown. I decided that I had to have Fox Red which would not mesh well with MCD. Not too mention the double premium of a inner/outer IND.

Monte Carlo is today's Estoril !!!

Correct. There are several MCB M3 Editions and an MCB ZCP in Canada already, but this is the first one in the US.

The Euro bumper will take care of the reflectors this week.

I think I had a senior moment when I looked at your location and thought you weren't in LA. You're welcome to come by anytime and take a look.

LMB in person looks nothing like MCB. I see what you're saying, but I'd chalk up the similarity to the lighting of my pictures. When I get the car shot under sunlight, you'll see the difference.

I've detailed Estoril before, and Estoril is a bit lighter than MCB. They're very very close though overall. You can get this option through dealers that know what they're doing (like Steve Thomas) and it'll cost you $5,000.
