Car stalled after hard braking

No not in my E90 M3 DCT . I have a recall notice on my car but I never had the stalling problem.
This happened in my rental Pontiac G5 (rebadged Chevy Cobalt) in Canada. The car had a slushbox and it was stalled during a panic braking scenario at highway speed.
Has this ever occurred to anyone?

Wow taking one issue and basing that as fact for every vehicle the company makes.

No one makes a perfect car. If this was a Corolla doing it, we would be all be saying, " No we haven't." But, since it is a GM product we go, " POS American car".

Did you even read my post above? My experience with my 4 GM vehicles easily wipes his bad out. All 4 of my GM vehicles have been reliable.

haha i dont think anyone has survived 649 explosions before. that should be some sort of a record. my dad's navigator was shit while the toyota managed to have a severely bent rim with no suspension damage.
