Hmm ...

PROS: YOUR ///M will be hella fast

CONS: You will be broke $15k out and tires every 7k miles maybe way less depending on how u drive...

EDIT: sorry since i get 20-22MPG... its probably where i get the 30k miles... I currently pass 30k miles and still have 70% rear and 80 front... LOL

30K???...10K??? I have Pirell P-Zeros with less than 7K that are at the wear indicators and getting replaced this week.

I suppose I better buy tires by the trailer-load after getting an SC.

That's one way to think about it.

Here's the latest set of casualties from our VF620 M3:

Just replaced with new AD08s last night, ready for more.

1) Know what you are getting into as far as maintenance and overall use if the vehicle.

2) Be honest with yourself about the risks involved and what it means to have an FI M3.

Im currently driving a stock 2011 M3 for my daily. It feels soo slow now that I have got used to the power our supercharged cars make. Once you have driven this car with another 125+ HP its very hard to go back.

I appriciate the feedback on customer service guys. We try hard to make sure our customers are taken care of and are happy with our products.

a few newbie questions:

1. bigger brakes and suspension is a must?
2. how different the engine noise going to be?
3. kills mileage and rear tires quickly?
4. is it bad for our engine and DCT?

how fast is 100~200km in 650 kit?

1. bigger brakes and suspension is a must? DEPENDS BUT SOUNDS LIKE YOUR THINKING OF GETTING A 650 KIT SO I SUGGEST GET A BBK...

2. how different the engine noise going to be? YES VERY WHINNY... IF YOUR MARRIED YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN...IM REFERRING TO MY BRITISH EX WIFE... THEY WHINE WHINE SO FAST THAT ITS FASTER THAN THE SC...

4. is it bad for our engine and DCT? BAD FOR THE ENGINE?... WELL ANY CARS THAT IS NOT SC OR TURBO'D IS BAD IF ITS NOT SC OR TURBO TO BEGIN WITH.. BUT I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY ISSUES WITH OUR CARS... [/COLOR]

I think a big issue not being discussed because obviously it does not apply to everyone, is the affect on the car's ability to be tracked. SC creates heat, even with inter-cooling. I would be curious to see how a SC ///M3 would hold up. My gut tells me that the only ones that would even have a chance of holding up are the lowest powered kits with boost under 5.0psi and inter-cooled. Even those might cook....but I didn't perform the R&D with these kits, so I don't know.

Good luck with the decision.

Cheers,
