Wow I love the way it looks. Only thing I really don't like is the smoke tail lights. I would've kept them stock. But other than that I love the way it looks.

Not hating nor am I a hater.....the tittle said "Race inspired e92 m3 build by wsto" you tell me what exactly they built? They bolted on parts for a customer with some money, and maybe painted a couple trim pieces for him.... thats not a build. IND, LTBMW, MAC they build. And wait.....as long as there is a ricey gt style wing and tow hook on it we call it "race inspired"? gimme a break man, nothing new here. Personally, the JDM parts on Euro's doesnt work either hey its all good.

just sounds like somebody giving a personal opionion, thats what we are supposed to do on here right?

I hate to agree with a hater....but the title was extremely miss-leading..

I was expecting "Sensory Overload! Track Inspired e92 m3 Build"...

But frankly i felt like "Another 2 page spread in Bimmer Magazine about some douchey 26 year old who leased his first bimmer and brought it to some shop down in southern California where they put ps2 Gran Turismo inspired wheels on it with a wing and a chin spoiler."

I too do not see anything that justifies the "M3 Build" in this title, i mean it's a decent ride, although id never putt around town with that pterodactyl sitting on my trunk.. But a X pipe with cutoff a wing and wheels is hardly anything you'd need a shop to do so long as your grandmother bought you a 12 dollar craftsman "my first toolbox" set...

Bump the thread when it's got a cage stuck in, or the man decides to relocate the fuel supply to the trunk via fuel-safe and you get contracted to do the work.

KW V3 makes no sense on a track machine like that.

LOL!!!! I knew somebody would agree with what I was saying! You know really....It wouldnt have been so bad if they didnt put this on the front page of the damn website too, i think that ticked off the purists on here. The owner is prob is early 20's too.

It gets me how everybody praises these online shops too....they dont give a shit about you, they are nice because they are making more money then they should off our stupid BMW-owning asses! They know how anal most of us are, so they kiss our ass with everything! They cant afford not to have good customer service, everybody has good customer service.....now show me an online shop that sells, lets say 2 out of 5 of the things they sell to you at cost and you have a legit place there.

I actually agree with the initial words of this WTSO who I am unfamiliar with so will not comment further, that a good build should be the "right combination of parts" (paraphrased) v. throwing your favorite spoiler, bodykit, suspension etc with no goal of how those parts work together.

With that said, (and perhaps they can prove me wrong), there is absolutely no mention of what each of the parts did to improve this car as a "track car"??

Did you choose that front lip based on specific downforce needed with the combo of the chosen super-wing, wheels and suspension changes, and if so how did you decide measure this? What is the reason behind that specific size wing, angle and how did this added downforce effect your decision on suspension settings, front lip.

That is just an example of what would be helpful and effective "track building" talk.

I can pretty much take a guess here that this thing will be no faster and 99 percent more likely slower around any given test of traction, speed or performance than a bone stock m3 built by M from the factory. The biggest spoiler and lip is not always the best.

Now if it was a purely cosmetic "build" than to each his own, but I think the point that is bothering a lot of people is that you call it a "track build" but offer a video game inspired, tacky, toy-m3 track machine.

I would be ashamed to drive that around town..
You would be ashamed to drive this guys car around town? I think its FUCKING SICK AND BAD ASS.....

I Hope someone who talks so big can back it up.... please post pictures of your car. Not trying to start a war but im just curious.

Just the exhaust and front lip cost 10k... im not even getting into the mirror caps, spoiler, wheels, tires, coilovers.... how someone can call this car a shame is totally retarded.

FYI: This car SHOULD handle much better then a stock m3. Its got light weight wheels, some very good tires, kwv3s( hopefully corner balanced) How would i know? Because I have a similar setup corner balanced and its much much better then stock.

Props to Julius and Mike.... beautiful car except I would go with stock rear tails

I wouldn't mind driving this car around towns. What a badass car! Well done on the mods selection.

But just FYI, I had similar set up awhile back, and I can tell you that this set up won't work at the track. It will be slower, and handling is also much worse than stock. But again, if it's a fully street car, I wouldn't care though.

Anyone over the age of 30 would laugh there asses off if they saw that wing coming down the street. I bet the owner removes the wing before the end of this year.

Thread has lawls

Car is nice no doubt but it's not a true build which requires removing door panels and reenforced subframes and a dirty roll custom roll cage.

Kw3 won't help at a track. Clubsports are way better

Yes you're right. Put a wing on your M to prevent it from looking classy.
