What does a 140,000 E92 M3 interior look like?

Thinking of buying a high mileage BMW E92 M3 or E9x period? Ever wondered what the interior looks like? Here's a video of one with 140,000 miles and counting! I'm really surprised on how well it holds up compared to my E36 model with 30,000 less miles!

Age and care have more of an impact on how a car looks, in general, than miles IMO (and I've owned over 40 cars). You could put 40k miles a year on a car with mostly highway driving, which means the interior is actually being fairly well preserved because there's not a lot of getting in/out, not a lot of loading/unloading, etc. Just the driver sitting there logging miles.

Here are some interior shots of my 2005 E46 M3 with 103k miles on it (from when I sold it in 2014). And I was the third owner. Bought it as a weekend/fun car while living in the UK. I spent a couple days detailing the interior when I first picked it up (with 97k miles on it), but it looked damn good for a 9 y/o car -- let alone a convertible -- with over 100k on the clock.

You have the perfect color option!!!!! I have the Avus Blue Metallic with Dove Grey interior on my E36...LOVE IT! Very clean car. Some of the defects on mine interior were bought that way suck as the steering wheel and shift knob wear. The seats....well not bad for 140k miles of getting in and out. A few scratches on the rear seat center console whick I could replace for cheap. I have a cup holder that's broke. Stupid ski bag in the trunk is broke too. That also was like that when I bought it. So overall with me putting 60k miles on since the previous owner it's not as bad as it could be. Your car interior is like brand new!!!
